It may be of beneficial use for circulation, and killing viruses, bacteria and fungus. Great for boosting the immune system and providing blood flow throughout the body.
Clary Sage- Historically nicknamed "Clear eyes" as it was famous for it's ability to clear eye problems. Widely used for female complaints, sore throats and inflammation. Studies have shown this oil to reduce depression and anxiety.
Lavender- Lavender is a universal oil that has traditionally been known to balance the body and to work wherever there is a need. Benefits include easing anxiety, relaxing the body, helping alleviate conditions such as eczema and psoriases. Oregano- Antiparasitic, Antiseptic, antifungal. Oregano helps the immune system from colds and also benefits the respiratory system Aromatically helps strengthen ones feelings of security. Scent is described as Herbacious and sharp.
Lemon Grass- This oil may help with circulation, waking up the lymphatic system, getting the oxygen flowing, respiratory problems, headaches, tissue regeneration and water retention. Properties include antibacterial, what doterra deems as anticancer, anti- inflammatory and revitalizing. Helps the muscles and bones as well as the immune system. It promotes awareness and purification. It is a top note which scent includes a grassy, lemony, pungent, earthy and slightly bitter smell.
Tangerine- Highly antibacterial and antifungal. For calming and uplifting. It affects the body positively by encouraging emotional balance, reducing depression, boosting the immune system and encouraging healthy skin. It may help alleviate retention, cellulite reduction, helps with stimulating drainage of the lymphatic system. Tangerine can help soothe emotions such as anger, grief and shock.
Eucalyptus-Eucalyptus essential oil is effective for treating colds, cough, running nose, sore throat nasal congestion, and sinusitis. Eucalyptus oil is antibacterial, anti-fungal, antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and decongestant in nature, which makes it a good ingredient in many medicines that treat respiratory problems. It is beneficial in treating non-bacterial sinusitis. One very important reason that many people use eucalyptus oil is that it creates a cooling and refreshing effect. Eucalyptus oil is stimulating, removes exhaustion and mental sluggishness and rejuvenates the spirits of people feeling sick. It can also be effective in the treatment of stress and mental disorders.
Patchouli- Influences calmness, sedation and reduces anxiety. For centuries Asian people used patchouli to fight infection, cool fevers, tone the skin and also to treat colds headaches, abdominal pain etc. This oil may possibly help with digesting toxins from the body. It may also help with acne, tightening loose skin, wrinkle prevention and weight reduction. This scent is earthy, herbaceous, sweet balsamic, rich, with woody undertones.
Jasmine- Known in India as the queen of the Night, women have treasured Jasmine for centuries for it's beautiful aphrodisiac- like fragrance. Symbolized for hope, happiness and love. This oil may help with hoarseness, lethargy, skin care, muscle spasms, menstrual pain, frigidity, respiratory conditions eczema, and labor pains among many others.
