Sharing a spa experience with a partner or loved one is one of the most profound ways to reconnect. If you have never booked a couples massage before, you might wonder exactly how the logistics work and what the environment will feel like.

The Couples Suite and Your Individual Consultation

At Best Estie Day Spa, our couples suite is our largest and most serene room. When you arrive, you will both be escorted to the room together. Your two licensed massage therapists will conduct a brief consultation with each of you individually. This is crucial: just because you are in the same room does not mean you need the same treatment. One of you may request deep tissue work for a tight lower back, while the other might prefer a gentle, flowing Swedish massage to simply decompress.

Getting Settled Before the Session Begins

After the consultation, the therapists will step out, allowing you both time to disrobe to your comfort level and get settled beneath the heavy linens on your respective tables. When the therapists return, the session begins in tandem.

What the Room Feels Like

The room remains quiet, save for soft ambient music. You are welcome to converse with each other softly, though most couples find themselves drifting into a shared, comfortable silence within minutes.

Afterward

Following the massage, the therapists will again step out so you can dress. You will emerge feeling rested, aligned, and entirely unhurried.
