Every massage is customized

No two bodies carry tension the same way, so no two massages at Best Estie are identical. Every session is customized to the individual needs of the member or guest on the table. That starts with a conversation about what is bothering you, where you hold tension, and how much pressure you actually want, then the therapist works to that rather than to a script. If something needs more attention halfway through, say so and it changes.

A full team of therapists, one appointment that fits

We keep a full team of licensed massage therapists on staff. That depth matters for two practical reasons. First, availability: we are open seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, so appointments are easier to get than at a smaller shop. Second, fit: different therapists have different strengths and pressure styles, and when you find the one who works for you, you can keep booking them.

Choosing your massage

Deep tissue is firm, focused work for knots, sore muscles, and chronic unrelenting pain. Signature Swedish uses broad relaxing strokes that ease the whole body first, then move to a targeted approach. Between those two, most guests find what they need. If you are unsure which to book, call and describe what is going on, and we will point you to the right one.

We also offer aromatherapy massage, CBD massage, cupping, hot and cold muscle therapy, hot stone, lomi lomi, and reiki energy healing, each with its own page if you want the detail.

Enhancements that build on the session

Any massage can be built out with enhancements: hot stones, cupping, CBD oil, aromatherapy essential oils, and more. These are added into your 50 minute session rather than tacked on afterward, so the therapist works them into the flow of the massage.

What a session costs

A 50 minute massage is $134. The $70 monthly membership adds one credit each month that covers an eligible 50 minute service, and unused credits roll over so nothing is wasted.

Booking

Frequently Asked Questions

Which massage should I book if I do not know what I need?

Book a massage and say exactly that. Your therapist will ask a few questions and build the session from there. Every massage here is customized, so you are not locking yourself into anything by picking one.

Can I ask for lighter or firmer pressure partway through?

Yes, and please do. Say something the moment it is too much or not enough. Your therapist would far rather adjust than have you lie there quietly enduring it.

Do I have to talk during my massage?

No. Some guests talk the whole time and some say nothing after hello. Both are completely normal.

What is the difference between a service and an enhancement?

A service is your appointment. An enhancement is an add-on layered into it, such as hot stones or aromatherapy. Enhancements are not booked on their own.

How long is a massage at Best Estie Day Spa?

All massage sessions are 50 minutes. We also offer 80 minute services for an additional charge. Appointments are available seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, by appointment only.

How much does a massage cost?

A 50 minute massage is $134. The membership is $70 per month, adds one eligible service credit each month, has no contract, and unused credits roll over.
