Cancellations and No Shows

Cancellation

At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any individual spa service. Improper notification may result in a $25 fee, redemption of a voucher, or a credit taken per service.

Groups of two or more guests, or appointments with two or more services, require 48 hours notice.

Membership Cancellation

To cancel your VIP membership, call (480) 202-0720 during business hours, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week, and request cancellation.

Gift Cards and Payment

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking. Booking and receiving services authorizes the spa to charge the card on file, or to apply prepaid services or unredeemed gift certificates, including for guests you have issued credits to or booked for. All sales are final.

Consent and Professional Conduct

Minors

Anyone under 18 needs verbal or written consent from a parent or legal guardian before service. The parent or guardian does not need to attend but is welcome to.

Pregnancy

Written consent is required for prenatal massage, and it is performed only by therapists holding the proper certification. Tell us when you book so we can place you with the right therapist.

Conduct

Best Estie Day Spa provides professional spa services only, with zero tolerance for improper conduct. Improper touching of a therapist, sexual or suggestive remarks, intentional improper exposure or any other inappropriate or sexual behavior means the service stops immediately, the client is responsible for full payment, the client is no longer permitted in the spa, and further action may be taken as needed.
