Tai is incredibly professional, kind-hearted, and genuinely cares about her clients. I work in the healthcare field, so my body is constantly adjusting to the physical demands of my job, and she does an amazing job helping me manage that. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and tailors each session to what my body needs at the time. I always look forward to our sessions because I leave feeling better, more relaxed, and with less tension. Her skill, compassion, and attention to detail make such a difference. I highly recommend Tai to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring massage therapist!

My wife , daughter and I have been going to Best Estie Spa for a few months, and have always been treated to a great experience. My wife gets a facial, and loves it. The daughter get a massage. I get a great massage from Teri. She takes pride in her skills and knowledge. Teri applies them during the session with great results.I can recommend Best Estie Spa based on my family's experiences. A dear friend gave me an 80 minute massage at Best Estie Day Spa for my birthday. It was heavenly! That night I went to bed relaxed still and didnt move or wake once until over eight hours. Best sleep ever. Joy used the perfect pressure and found the areas that needed help. Thank You.

From the moment I called Michael made it so easy to book my appointment. I was calling during work hours and called back when I was done. He still remembered me and still gave me the same price. Didn't try to upsale me anything and was very clear on what the price would be and what was included. He was able to get me in next day to treat my husband for his birthday. Definitely will be coming back. Carrie and Devon make you feel so comfortable. Massage was amazing! The place is nice and clean, and smells good. Thank you guys for this nice experience.

I've never had a bad experience at the Best Estie day spa & I've been coming here for 2 years. In fact, for my 50th this year I gathered a handful of girlfriends and we all want together before lunch. Just tell them if you want deep tissue or light and they will schedule you with the appropriate massage therapist.

I recently had Tai as my massage therapist. The massage turned into a therapeutic massage with a problem I've been having with my right leg the next day. She did a fantastic job. I woke up and it was not sore anymore. Hopefully will continue. I've also had Nicole for my massage therapist she did a great job. She also did cupping on my back witch was in pain from a fall. My pain was reduced by 90% I've also had Daylon who is incredibly awesome, especially if you need a cupping treatment. Look into their membership program!

Finally found the perfect spot for my massages. The place is clean, welcoming, smells great and you feel very relaxed when you walk in. Prices are reasonable with great add on's. I highly recommend Laura D for a massage. She communicates with you to make sure you get the best experience out of the session. Im a athlete so my body is pretty beat up but working with her I see improvement each time, I have no need to go any where else or try another therapist.

THIS IS 2 REVIEWS *JOY* *ESTER* Joy did an amazing job finding my husband's muscle issues without me telling her what i knew. She didn't know about the accident or where he holds his energy in his muscles. Yet she spoke of them and worked them for him his first visit!! I signed him up for 1 week later and I'll sign him up the weekend after that to get the help he needs for optimal function. I appreciate Joy's strength and knowledge for a ex athlete with surgeries and a stubborn mindset. Ester was quick to reassure me I was safe there when my trauma flared. Her voice was perfect and my husband told me he never heard her speak after we left. When in fact, she had spoke to me several times during the session. She attuned to my energy and she did extremely well to reduce my pain/stiffness where I was comfortably able to accept healing. When I am ready I will see her again.

My first experience about a month ago was less than satisfactory. After hearing that my experience was poor at checkout, the owner insisted on providing a complimentary massage with Courtney. Fast-forward to now and I feel wonderful! Courtney was polite, checked in with me on pressure and gave me one of the best massages I've had. So impressed not just by Courtney but by how the owner handled the initial situation. Thank you both!

Amazing massage!! Chad was amazing!!! I felt so relaxed and he surpassed any massage I had before. I feel so relaxed and the environment inside is relaxing, clean and everything you would see in the resort spas but at a more reasonable price. I also go the scalp massage add on... you will want to add everything on!!!!!

They are both extremely knowledgeable and very good at what they do. We love not only their services but appreciate how personable and professional they are every appointment. I went to Best Estie Day Spa for the very first time to receive my first facial and massage. I had Amber for my massage and she was phenomenal!! She had a very therapeutic presence and vibe coming from her and was very sweet and informative! I had Brittani for my facial and she was the sweetest along with gave me amazing advice for my skin and skin care routine due to the fact I barley have a routine. I highly recommend this spa and these girls! All the faculty was very sweet, informative, and welcoming! I will be making this more of a tradition and these wonderful ladies are my new go to!! I will never ever take my business else where and I will definitely be bringing all my friends!

Two guests, two licensed therapists, one session.
We have been getting couple massages here with Steve and Dalia for over three years. They are great. I also get Dermaplane done here about once a month, it a reasonable price for the service. We will keep coming back. One thing that was also very nice is when we had a lot of credits they allowed up to pause billing until we caught up.

First time experiencing a massage, did a couples massage with my wife, and I was pleasantly surprised! Sharon was right on par with what I requested and her ability to press and hold the pressure points, gave me chills, and felt absolutely amazing. My wife has been using Best Estie for over a year, and she finally dragged me in, and now I understand! Ben did an outstanding job on hitting her with a deep tissue right where she needed it! We had the couples message through Groupon, however they book differently and nothing was available. So we cancled Groupom and paid upfront for an earlier date. (In other words if you want Groupon PLAN IT IN ADVANCE). The spa is located on the second floor near the middle and has the greatest and sweetest service. First you walk in and they have an aroma that helps you feel relaxed right away they have you sign in and In the document asks for of the typical allergies medications you're on if you have chronic Pain and so forth the 2nd page is about how you would like to be massage light medium or hard and in which areas of the body you prefer the 3rd page is 3 and out showing you different add ons you can place on top of whatever spy you have we chose the Hot stone massage which was definitely a great idea because it was not too hot and was all over the body it is a bit pricey but definitely worth every single minute. The women we had service us were very kind and work thoroughly on the areas we had issues their names were Gabi and Lauren. We will definitely come back!! Thank you!

Daylon was my massage therapist he was very very good. I'm a massage therapist and have been for 10 years it was refreshing to go to someone who really knew what they were doing. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. I had a couples massage with my boyfriend. We would both be back if we lived closer and If he needed a job in minnesota i would higher him right away.

Me and my Husband had a couples massage here last week. It was awesome, for his first massage ever Nicole did a great job! He got the enhancment of the hot & cold therapy and enjoyed the whole thing. (Already ready for another!) Jose did my massage and did a great job as well. I added the hot stones, always a nice touch. Even signed up for the membership! Can't wait to make our next appointment

My husband decided last minute (on a Sunday) to get a couples massage. I have had massages before, he had not. I am very selective as to new places to try but from the moment my husband called on the phone until the time we left we were greeted by very professional, warm, and welcoming staff. Glenn and Dalia were amazing explained everything before, during, and after. The atmosphere is so relaxing! Overall an excellent experience. Me and my boyfriend had an amazing couples massage the other day and we drove all the way from north Scottsdale! The pressure was PERFECT for both of us. Both once did we have to specify anything it was such a relaxing experience and I felt like the ladies knew all the areas I needed to target and get better!! We left SO HAPPY. My husband and I came in for an 80 minute couples massage. They got us in same day and it was amazing! The staff is so friendly and inviting, the atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and the massage therapists are the best! We had Lauren and Dominique. They were so tentative and gave us the BEST experience. Also, the membership is such a great deal! We usually never sign up for memberships but it's so flexible and affordable. I 100% recommend this place! Totally worth the $.

I went to Best Estie with my husband for a couples massage. I had Devon as my therapist. He listened to my body & didn't push my muscles beyond what they needed. His pressure was perfect for me throughout the entire session. He used a combination of stretching and massage to make sure my muscles were relaxed & not tense. By the time I left, I felt 100x more relaxed than when I came in. This is my second massage with him. I will definitely request him when I go back!

The owner is very accommodating and friendly as well; he responds quickly and has always resolved my quesyions. I absolutely the membership program! I had an exceptional massage experience! I recently had Terri as my massage therapist. She is excellent at listening to your needs and coming up with a plan to address them. Ive also had Joy as a massage therapist. During my consultation we talked about not just about physical issues I was having, but how I was feeling that day. Joy fine-tuned the massage to address my needs, including some maneuvers that inspired me to get back to my yoga practice. David is another person who I have enjoyed for massage. He is so good at talking through and adressing various physical pain I've had, but also provides such good insights I feel as I leave not only physically rejuvenated, but my mind as well. I can't say I've ever had anything other than great service from everyone. Best Estie really has the Best!

Great service with David! First time in because my aunt has credits with her membership. I filled out the paperwork and was taken to to my room right away. He worked on all of my problem areas. I highly recommend coming here; purchased a membership myself. They offer all kinds of services. The receptionist was very detailed and went above and beyond speaking to their company. Update 11/17/24: still a member and today's message was from the best, Stephen! He gave the perfect amount of pressure and worked my entire body out within a 2 hour appt. I can't express how grateful I am for him! Keep him!

I have been going to Best Estie for a little over a year and highly recommend them! I have seen several massage therapists and they are all amazing! The atmosphere when you walk in is very relaxing and peaceful. I have done couples massage with my husband, regular massage and long appointments and they have all been great! I always add on the eucalyptus essential oil and have been adding cupping the last couple of times. I highly recommend this!!!

I am always happy to go to Best Este Day Spa. The Spa is clean and comfortable, has very good pricing, the staff is always kind, and the massage therapists and aestheticians are knowledgeable in their own area. I mainly go for a massage to relieve my sciatica. My go to therapists are Joy and Dahlia. I never have had a complaint and I have been going to this spa for over 5 years. I have never hesitated recommending Best Este to friends and I don't hesitate giving this business 5 stars.

I have been a happy member for close to two years. The atmosphere is relaxing and subtle and makes your stress disappear. The staff is very personable and quickly responds. They have expanded recently, a great indication of their business management team. I have enjoyed my treatments and currently am enjoying Esther's massages.
